SHOPPING WITH US
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and debit payments! Debit is processed through a cashless ATM and is subject to a $3.50 ATM fee. We have a physical ATM on site with a fee of $1.00.
Do you offer in-store shopping as well as pre-order?
Yes, our knowledgeable budtenders are here to help you find the right cannabis product for your every need, no appointment required! If you want to keep things simple and quick, pre-order is really easy to use.
What are your hours?
Our dispensary is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday. If we plan to close during those hours for any reason, we will post a notice on our dispensary’s social media channels. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to stay up to date!
What are the quantity limits on cannabis purchases?
According to current Massachusetts state law, cannabis adult use retailers can sell up to 1 ounce of flower, 5 grams of concentrate (including tinctures – you can buy 10 tinctures per day), or 500mg of edibles per person per day. You can mix and match items, but every cannabis product you purchase goes towards your daily limit.
When can I place a pre-order?
Anytime, 24/7! We’ll hold your pre-order until the end of day. For orders placed after 7:45pm, your items will be available for pickup after 9am the following day.
Can I place my pre-order over the phone?
You are welcome to utilize our pre-order system on Dutchie, however, we cannot accept orders over the telephone.
I live far away, could you ship my order to me? Do you offer delivery?
Unfortunately, due to heavy regulations with the Cannabis Control Commission, we cannot offer shipping on cannabis. We do not offer delivery. The Pass sells many of its products to dispensaries across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ask your favorite budtender if they carry Pass products!
Do you offer curbside pickup?
No, we cannot accommodate curbside pickup at this time.
I live in a state where recreational cannabis is legal, can I bring my purchase home with me?
All cannabis products sold in Massachusetts are solely for consumption in a safe and private location within Massachusetts. Transporting cannabis across state lines is illegal.
How does bundle pricing work?
Bundle pricing is a combination of items that, when purchased together, offer our customers a great value. All prices listed are before tax and bundle pricing will be applied in-store at point of sale. Only bundles that state “Mix ‘n’ Match” are interchangeable. Each bundle is stackable with the others!
What is your return policy?
Because the cannabis industry is heavily regulated, returns are not common. Returns are only offered on damaged or defective products within three weeks of purchase accompanied by an original receipt from the original purchaser. Please reach out to hello@thepass.co to inquire about a return/exchange.
What do I need to provide in order to shop at The Pass?
In order to shop at The Pass, you will need to provide a valid and unexpired government-issued ID that clearly displays your photograph, expiration date and a 21+ DOB. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- United States-issued driver’s licenses or non-driver ID card
- United States military ID

- All passports
- Abbreviated passport cards
Can I shop at The Pass with an out-of-state driver’s license?

Why doesn’t The Pass offer medical marijuana or medical pricing for patients?
Unfortunately, The Pass is unable to offer special pricing for medical marijuana patients at this time. In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, medical dispensaries require a different license type than recreational dispensaries and pricing, discounts, and taxes are treated differently by the state. While there are several Berkshire-based dispensaries licensed for both recreational AND medical, there are also a number of dispensaries that are recreational cannabis-only, like The Pass.
What is your Loyalty Program?
Due to regulations surrounding cannabis, we cannot offer discounts or deals. The Pass Loyalty Program is one of the ways we are giving back to our customers. You can accumulate loyalty points to redeem on non-cannabis items including glass, devices, smoking accessories, apparel and much more. 500 points equals $12.50. Ask us about our Loyalty Program the next time you are in our store and we’ll set up an account for you!
How can I check my loyalty points balance?
Your Loyalty Points balance is printed at the bottom of your most recent receipt. You can also email our team at hello@thepass.co for account and point-redemption information.
Does The Pass store my information?
No, it is illegal to store customer information in the recreational cannabis industry. The only time we will store your information is if you voluntarily sign up for our Loyalty Program or opt-in to join our mailing list.
Do you allow service animals in the building?
Yes! We welcome people using a service animal as an auxiliary aid. Owners/handlers must be in full control of their service animal at all times. Reasonable behavior is expected from service animals while on our campus to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.

We’ve all been there… we have porta potties available for public use at the end of the parking lot!

Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden on our property. All purchased products must stay sealed shut in your exit bag until you reach your safe and private destination.
