The Pass is a recreational marijuana dispensary. Therefore, you do not need a medical card to enter. Rather, you must be 21 or older with a valid government issued ID. Additionally, medical patients under 21 may not enter the dispensary.
Can I use a medical card from another state?
No. Per Massachusetts regulations, medical cards from out of state cannot be accepted. Please note that The Pass is a recreational marijuana dispensary only, and you must be 21 or older with a valid government issued ID to enter.

In Massachusetts, you can grow a maximum of 6 marijuana plants at your house. If there are 2 or more adults, then you are able to grow up to 12 plants. If there are more than two adults in the household, the limit remains 12.

In Massachusetts, if you are at least 21 years of age, you may gift up to 1 oz of flower to another person who is at least 21 years of age. However, they may not pay or compensate you for the marijuana. If the marijuana is a concentrate, the same rules apply, except the giftable limit is 5 gram. The marijuana gifting may not occur simultaneously with the sale of a non-marijuana items as a potential loophole. Please note that only state registered agents (registered in the state you currently are in) may sell you cannabis products. This transaction must take place at the POS in the dispensary during operating hours.
