What are the quantity limits on cannabis purchases?
You can purchase up to 1 oz or 500 mg of edibles or 5 g of concentrates. You can, of course, mix and match items, but every cannabis product you purchase goes towards your daily one-ounce limit. Pre-Order
Can I shop at The Pass with an out-of-state driver’s license?
Yes, as long as your ID is valid, unexpired and shows you are 21+, you are welcome to shop here.
What do I need to provide in order to shop at The Pass?
In order to shop at The Pass, you will need to provide a valid and unexpired government-issued ID that clearly displays your photograph, expiration date and a 21+ DOB – a driver’s license or passport are perfect forms of ID!
What is the difference between THC and CBD?
THC is the psychoactive compound in cannabis that gives you that classic “high” effect, while CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabis compound that can be used for inflammation, pain and anxiety. Learn more

What is the difference between Indica, Sativa and Hybrid strains?

What are your hours?

What is your Loyalty Program?
Due to regulations surrounding cannabis, The Pass cannot offer discounts or deals. The Pass Loyalty Program is one of the ways we are giving back to our customers. Customers accumulate Loyalty Points to redeem on glass, devices, smoking accessories, The Pass merchandise and much more. You can stack points and they will never expire — 500 points equals $12.50. Ask us about our Loyalty Program the next time you are in our store and we’ll set up an account for you.
Does The Pass store my information?
No, it is illegal to store customer information in the recreational cannabis industry. The only time we will store your information is if you voluntarily sign up for our Loyalty Program or opt-in to join our mailing list.
I live far away, could you ship my order to me?
Unfortunately, due to heavy regulations with the Cannabis Control Commission, we cannot offer shipping on cannabis.
Can I place my pre-order over the phone?
You are welcome to utilize our pre-order system on Dutchie, however, we cannot accept orders over the telephone.
I live in a state where recreational cannabis is legal, can I bring my purchase home with me?
All cannabis products sold in Massachusetts are solely for consumption in a safe and private location within Massachusetts. Transporting cannabis across state lines is illegal.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns happen very rarely, as this industry is heavily regulated. Returns are only offered on damaged or defective products, must be within three weeks of the purchase date and must be accompanied by a receipt. Please reach out to email@example.com to pursue a return/exchange.
Why doesn’t The Pass offer medical marijuana or medical pricing for patients?
Unfortunately, The Pass is unable to offer special pricing for medical marijuana patients at this time. In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, medical dispensaries require a different license type than recreational dispensaries and pricing, discounts, and taxes are treated differently by the state. While there are several Berkshire-based dispensaries licensed for both recreational AND medical, there are also a number of dispensaries that are recreational cannabis-only, like The Pass.
Do you offer delivery?
No, we do not offer delivery. We facilitate pre-order and in-store shopping.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
No, we cannot accommodate curbside pickup at this time.
Is The Pass hiring?
All job postings for The Pass are listed on Indeed.com as they become available.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and debit payments. Debit is processed through a cashless ATM and is subject to a $3.50 ATM fee.
Where is the safest place to keep my purchase while driving?
After completing your transaction, your consultant will seal your bag closed. Please keep your bag sealed and store it inside your vehicle’s trunk or locked in your glove box while driving.
Can I consume cannabis at The Pass?
Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden on our property. All purchased products must stay sealed shut in your exit bag until you reach your safe and private destination.
Is it safe to drive after consuming cannabis?
No, it is illegal to consume cannabis and operate a motor vehicle.
Do you allow service animals in the building?
Yes! We welcome persons using a service animal as an auxiliary aid. Owners/handlers must be in full control of their service animal at all times. Reasonable behavior is expected from service animals while on our campus to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.
